My baby runs warm and sweats under fleece, but this cotton waffle weave breathes so well she stays comfortable for naps. The texture is soft right out of the package, no scratchiness against her cheeks.

I've washed this thing probably ten times already and the cotton hasn't pilled or lost its shape at all. It's breathable enough that my baby doesn't wake up sweaty, which was the whole reason I switched from fleece.

I bought this for my newborn and the breathable cotton put my mind at ease during those first few weeks at home. It's been washed at least a dozen times already and still feels just as soft against her skin.
